Daniel Swerdlin, Esq.
Founder & Managing Partner
Daniel Swerdlin brings outstanding credentials and more than 15 years of experience to the table as the Founder & Managing Partner of All Bridges Legal.
Throughout his career, Daniel has stood-up for the rights of employees, consumers, and other aggrieved individuals in the face of profound injustices. He has served as an attorney of record and prevailed in employment cases against Pepsico, Dole, the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Extra Space Storage, Duke Energy, and Headstart Nursery, to name a few. Daniel has also successfully fought for the rights of consumers against such companies as Bank of America, Symantec, Westlake Financial Services, and Burger King.
Approximately a decade ago, Daniel realized that the entrepreneurs and startups in his network lacked a boutique law firm that understood their needs and could deliver results in agile fashion – i.e., on an expedited timetable, across an array of matters, with maximal efficiency and an open line of communication. Daniel has accordingly spent the last 10+ years expanding his practice to address this gap in the industry; he approaches ABL with the same combination smarts, swagger, and imagination that drives Silicon Valley’s most successful startups. Daniel loves opening heavy doors, solving challenging problems, protecting his clients, and bringing brilliant ideas into the world.
Daniel earned his law degree from Stanford Law School in 2005. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001.
Daniel lives in San Francisco. He enjoys skiing, jazz, wine, dogs, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
